Most of the times, I would be content with intrumentals with no vocals, a little bit inclined to the likes of piano, guitar or slow rock...
If not, slow, melancholic songs occupied the list of my media player playlist.
At rare times... I would switch to listening to Chinese songs when I got bored of English songs... it was also because generally, I can understand the words well.
Occasionally, I had taken quite a liking to songs sung in foreign language, as long as they had the right tempo and rhythm.
Sometimes, I am quite influenced by my brother as he was always playing metal... so, every now and then... I wouldn't mind really loud songs as long as they aren't composed of mostly screaming and shouting all over the songs...
